What FormFlow stores about you and who helps us run it.

If you have a FormFlow account

We store your email, name, your organization and workspace memberships, the forms, templates, files and settings you create, and an audit log of actions taken in your account. Your sign-in credentials, sessions and devices are kept by Atlas, our sign-in provider (see below). You can download your data or delete your account from your privacy settings.

If you fill in a form built with FormFlow

The form owner decides what the form asks. We store your answers and uploads for them, along with the time and basic technical details of the submission. The form owner is responsible for how they use those answers; contact them about your answers.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary items keep you signed in and protect your requests. Preference items remember things like light or dark mode, language and a partly filled form. Anonymous visitor and A/B test ids support form analytics. Optional items are used only after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Referrals

Our referral programme is run for us by Referalli. If you arrive through a referral link, the link's code is kept with your sign-up. A cookie that remembers it on later visits is set only if you allow referral tracking in the cookie banner. When you create an account, Atlas tells Referalli your account id, email address, the referral code you arrived with (if any), when you signed up, the IP address and browser you signed up from, and whether the sign-up looks automated or fraudulent, so the referral can be credited and fake ones refused. If you were referred, Referalli also receives the amounts and dates of your organization's FormFlow payments, which decide the referrer's commission. Every account can refer others, so Referalli also holds you as a referrer with your own code. If you earn commission, Referalli pays you and keeps the payout and tax details you give it. Atlas passes email and name changes, bans and account deletion on to Referalli.

• Atlas: Holds your account and sign-in data (email, name, password hash, passkeys, two-factor settings, sessions and devices) and runs sign-in.
